YouTube... Anyone can do it

So in today's world, its not much of an exaggeration that everyone used YouTube or has used it before. And why wouldn't you? It's an amazing site which has revolutionized the way we use the Internet and videos on it.

Many people start off as an amateur on YouTube. You all have to start somewhere so why not at the bottom and make you way up to the top. This is how many people have become famous and gone from amateur to celebrity within such a short time. And the best bit.... you can be paid to post your videos if your good enough and get enough views. So you can do what you love, and be paid for it. Definitely a good job.

One of the best success stories out there of going from amateur to celebrity is Ray William Johnson. Ray is 24 and is known as a video blogger and his rapid rise to popularity with his internet based show =3 (Equals three) which features him reviewing 3 different viral videos per episode and putting different bits of humour to it and puts out 2 episodes a week.Ray started out in 2008 reviewing different political issues and making them fun and adding his own humour to it. His first channel was called 'Capitol Hill Gangsta' and has since changed in many ways. Today the channel can be seen as "Equals 3  =3" .and has become the most popular and subscribed channels on YouTube and has over 1.5 BILLION views on his videos.

He became the most subscribed personality on YouTube in under a year and is rumoured to earn around $2000 a day but he refuses to comment on this. But roughly accounting for how much the average add pays per view on his videos, it is likely to be true. He does this through the YouTube partnership program and Adsense. This is just for his main channel also. He also has a few other channels such as 'Your Favourite Martian', 'Breaking NYC/LA/ ..... ' and 'animonster' where he earns more money from the millions of views he earns on each of his videos. And on top of that all, he also earns more from his merchandise he now sells such as t-shirts etc and through the sales of his music on Itunes. So its fair to say, the internet loves him.

In an interview with TMZ, you can see Ray in clearly doing well from his videos with quite a nice car and admits to make lots of money from what he does. Just how much he wont admit yet.
It can become easy enough to become a celebrity on YouTube. Just fulfil the requirements for a great video and your set. So have something people would/might want to see (ie something funny or weird), catch it on your video camera and upload it. Its easy enough that anyone can do it and if you become successful enough, you can easily continue on and make money and fame from it all.

Ray has also become so famous from his videos that he even has celebrities like Robin Williams, Jason Batemen, Zac Efron, Mike Posner, Dumbfoundead,  and many more featuring on his videos.
Many people have gone from amateur to professional, and many without trying or meaning to. All they did was upload their videos for people to see and it continued on from there. Finding fame on YouTube can be easy enough..... So what are you waiting for?
